Apart from all his achievements he got huge backslash from indians. Know why???
In January
2019, Pandya presented a controversial statement about his sexual
shameless lifestyle condoned by his parents on a popular reality show
which was
immediately met with public backlash following the interview.
The Show was
"KOFFEE WITH KARAN", hosted by director-cum-producer Karan Johor.
During
the show, Pandya told that he proudly informed his parents about his first
sexual encounter, which was
received
well by his parents without any shock. He also proclaimed that he likes to
"observe how women move" as well as on social media.
The Indian
public categorized his act as indecent, derogatory, misbehaving and disgraceful.
After
a huge troll over social media like Instagram, twitter and facebook ... Pandya
apologized for his remarks by saying that he
had
got carried away by the nature of the show. He was on the show along with his
teammate K. L. Rahul. The BCCI
responded
to the controversy by saying, "It will be considered whether players
should even be allowed to appear on such shows which have got nothing to do with
cricket".
The BCCI found the comments as very crass, sexist and was not impressed by the
apology and seeked appropriate legal action
into
the matter as there were breach of conducts. Both Pandya and Rahul were handed
a suspension until a pending investigation and were called back from the
ongoing
tours of Australia and New Zealand.

Actually
being cool and open minded never means that we have rights to exploit others,
drove by huge trolls only because of his narrow minded nature.
